At Altus Performance, every program is designed with one clear goal: to help you train with purpose and perform with precision.

Our training plans aren’t random workouts. They are structured, progressive systems developed by qualified coaches with backgrounds in personal training, exercise rehabilitation, and sports performance.
Each program creates it own adaptations, moulding a clear path from foundational fitness to advanced strength and endurance.

PRE-BUILT PROGRAMS

You’ll build aerobic fitness, strength, and race-day confidence through smart endurance sessions, strength & conditioning, and transition training. No pressure, no panic, just controlled progression and purposeful training.

  • Each program follows the Altus methodology:

    • Clear weekly structure (3–5 sessions per week)

  • At Altus Performance, your safety and wellbeing are our priority.
    Before starting any program:

    • Ensure you’re medically cleared for physical activity.

    • Always warm up thoroughly and maintain proper form throughout all exercises.

    • Adjust weights and volume according to your experience level and comfort.

    • If an exercise causes pain (beyond normal muscle fatigue), stop immediately and assess your form or contact your coach.

    • Hydrate, rest, and fuel appropriately to support your recovery.

    Our programs are designed by qualified professionals, but each participant remains responsible for training safely and listening to their body.
