PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Purpose:
A structured six-week entry point for clients new to training, returning after a break, or building foundational strength, endurance, and movement quality. Designed to integrate with the Altus ethos: Strength | Endurance | Mindset | Discipline, while using progressive overload principles at manageable RPE ranges (6–7).
Philosophy:
“Build the base before you push the pace.”
This program establishes disciplined structure, consistency, and body awareness before heavier or more advanced blocks. It bridges lifestyle and athleticism — where small wins build lasting performance habits.
Training Frequency:
3 structured workouts per week that utilise the whole body to help introduce mechanical change to the muscles.
Optional 4th “Movement” or “Recovery” session for flexibility, walks, mobility work, or low-intensity cardio.
Progressive Load Guidance:
Each 2-week block slightly increases total volume or intensity while maintaining technique and control.
Target RPE 6–7 → means effortful but sustainable; last 2 reps should feel challenging, never grinding.

Unfortunately not, however your training data will always be secured to your account.
If you finish the £9.99 program or along the journey need additional guidance please reach out via our contact page. There is also a check in form at the end of the 6 week phase to initiate a free consultation.

All Altus Performance, both Self-Guided and Coach-Guided options are delivered entirely online through our training app. These are not in-person sessions.
Clients complete their workouts remotely, with progress tracked, feedback shared, and communication handled via in-app messaging and/or video check-ins. The Coach-Guided tier provides enhanced online support and personalised adjustments, but all coaching remains virtual.
